Fabrication Capabilities
Nasir and Associates LLC is an AISC Certified Steel Fabricator that can provide fully furnished steel products with detailing and engineering support. Our in-house fabrication capabilities include, but are not limited to, milling, saw cutting, plate processing, plasma/oxy cutting, D1.1 and D1.5 Certified Welding, and some limited types of painting/coating services.
Fabricated Products
Nasir and Associates LLC typically makes steel products for Heavy Highway and Bridges. These include, but are not limited to:
Soundwall and Retaining Wall Posts w/ Baseplates, stiffeners, supplemental angle clips, and hardware
Finger/Tooth Expansion Joints, Strip Seals, and supplemental Bridge materials
Bridge Girders and supplemental bridge railing, diaphragms, c-channel, and hardware
Temporary Bridge Trestle, Bonnets, Pipe Pile, Frame and Grates, etc.
Bridge Railing, Pedestrian Railing, Train railing

Supply of Materials
Alongside its steel products, Nasir and Associates LLC furnishes several supplemental products that can be used in construction side by side with our fabricated products.
Soundwall Concrete Panels – As we produce our soundwall posts, we also have relationships intact to be able to provide you the soundwall panels along site it.
Steel Supply – Whether it’s H-Pile, Sheet Pile, Pipe Pile, Wide Flange, or Steel Plate, we can provide it.
Geomaterials – Many projects require Geotextiles, Storm Water Management solutions, and underground pipe solutions. We have the relationships in place to provide the solutions needed.
Electrical – Not only can we fabricate Electrical Junction boxes for you, but we can also supply you with any electrical materials that run through it.
Detailing
Nasir and Associates has in-house detailing and provides adequate, well documented shop drawings for the General Contractor and Owner to Approve. We have used a variety of CAD tools including Tekla Structures and Solidworks to produce top notch Shop Drawings for our customers.
Engineering
With in-house engineering experience, Nasir and Associates have the ability to assist in design build projects with experience and expertise. Numerous times our clients have called on our staff to recommend solutions to an ongoing problem or discrepancy they are having on the job – and our staff has delivered!
Certifications
Nasir and Associates LLC ensures that the organization and its employees have the correct certifications in place to correctly certify and implement the work that they perform. Safety and Quality are most important to the organization and complying with both safety and quality standards set forth by AISC, AWS, and OSHA are a top priority.
