Nasir and Associates, LLC. started in 2010 as a Materials Supplier for Highway and Commercial Construction in Baltimore, MD. The company primarily served Public and Private contractors in the Mid-Atlantic Region. As the Business grew and the operations became more scalable, the ownership made a transformational decision to start producing, instead of wholesaling, its Steel Products. An additional location in Northern Virginia was acquired, equipment was purchased, and resources were brought on board to bring the Steel Fabrication Facility into fruition. Over a decade later, Nasir and Associates, LLC. has become a known, reputable go-to Steel Fabricator whose operations range from the state of New York down to the Carolinas.

Nasir and Associates LLC has extensive experience in fabricating steel and supplying products for Heavy Highway and Bridge projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions. From temporary fabricated material like trestle beams, columns, frames, bonnets, and specialized Support of Excavation (SOE) items, to permanent fabricated structures like Bridge Girders, Railing, Expansion Joints, Soundwall Posts and more, we have proven success.
Naumaan Nasir
President & CEO
Mr. Nasir has served as CEO and President of Nasir and Associates since its inception 15 years ago. In addition, he brings over 25 years of experience in the Government, Defense/Manufacturing, Finance, and Construction Industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree from the University of Maryland, an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, and Several Certificates from the Wharton School of Business, Columbia University, and Johns Hopkins University. He also serves on the Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association (MTBMA) Board of Directors, on the Heavy Construction Contractors Association (HCCA) Small & Diverse Business Committee, and on the Virginia Transportation DBE Association (VDTA) Board as VP.
John Stieb
COO & Operations Manager
Mr. Stieb has served as the COO of Nasir and Associates since 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University, is a Certified Professional Civil and Structural Engineer, and possesses General Contractor licenses for several states. He brings over 30 years of experience in Design, Construction and Manufacturing of Concrete and Steel Structures and Components for the Heavy Highway and Commercial Building Industries. He has a lengthy and successful work experience in both the Public (State DOT) and Private (Manufacturer, Consultant and Contractor) Sector. His extensive experience in Bridge and Steel Fabrication, 3-D Modeling, CNC/PLC Programming, and Estimating/Scheduling have been a tremendous asset to the company and its development.
